Multiple Shipment Management
WPCargo Frontend Manager allows you to manage multiple shipments at a time. The system allows you to filter the shipments by status, shipper name or receiver name. It also has a search functionality to easily find the shipments you want to update and a Delete button for removing multiple shipments at a time. So having thousands of shipments won’t be difficult to manage.
Bulk status update
WPCargo Receiving add-ons allows you to update shipment status once with the same fields provided when updating a single shipment.
Print multiple label
Printing multiple labels can also be done by generating a PDF file.
Excel Import and Export
Transferring shipments from one site to another makes it difficult without a tool to be used for adding them on your WPCargo site. WPCargo Import/Export add-on will help you add your shipments in bulk using a CSV template. The template generated from your site will be based on the fields that you have set in your Custom Field Add-on.
The export shipment feature allows you to select on what data you will be needing in your exported file. It also has several filters if you want to specify what type of shipments you need such as shipper’s shipments, shipment status or date range.
Shipment Labels
The system generates three labels by default which are the Shipper’s copy, Consignee’s copy and Account’s copy. If Frontend Manager is installed, you have an option of what paper size you want to use when printing your label.
Shipment Documents
WPCargo Custom Field Add-ons allows you to add field for files. Most shipments, especially when it’s an international shipping, require documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc. In order to have a secure and successful shipments, WPCargo allows you to upload documents such as mentioned.

WPCargo Parcel Quotation
WPCargo Parcel Quotation allows you to add extra charges on top of your shipping fee. This usually occurs in international shipments. Such charges may include but is not limited to freight, fuel, shipping cost, etc. There will be default charges existing upon plugin activation. These charges can be altered base on your preference through WPCargo. These charges will be added on Woocommerce checkout as additional fee and will be included in the total amount. This is only available if you have enabled your Woocommerce Integration.
WPCargo Parcel Quotation allows clients to request for shipment quotation by adding shipment information themselves. Administrator/Employee reviews and quotes the shipment with the extra charges for approval. An email notification will be sent to the client with the complete information of shipment including the additional charges. Clients will then have the capability to approve or decline the quoted shipment and if approved and Woocommerce integration is enabled, they will go through the Woocommerce checkout for payment processing.
Shipment Items and Products
Shipment packages are one of the greatest elements in Logistics. WPCargo allows you to add multiple packages in one shipment and identify each information such as quantity, type of package, weight and dimensions(optional) for custom declaration and payment purposes. You have the option to enable or disable this feature through WPCargo Multiple Package settings.The default fields can be altered according to the information you may need from the package. The package information also displays the Total Volume Weight and Total Actual Weight of the packages added.

WPCargo has a predefined list of status which can be altered through WPCargo General settings. You can add, update or remove status according to your preferences. The plugin has predefined fields when updating status which includes time, date, location and remarks which can also be altered based on the information you may need.
Shipment History
Since the shipment can be accessed by multiple users such as administrator/employee, agent, driver etc., the system also displays the user who updated the shipment which will then be added to the history table of the shipment’s information. That way, customers will be able to keep track of the changes made on their shipments through the whole shipment process.
