WPCargo Proof of Delivery Add on allows your client to add their signature when shipment is delivered using Signature Pad library. This library converts the signature into image format to be affixed to the shipment details. It also enables the admin to create a Driver account which will allow them to update the shipment status upon delivery.

WPCargo Proof of Delivery Add-on with Driver Route for Pickup and Delivery

• Login to your WordPress site and go to admin dashboard.
• Go to Dashboard > Shipment > Add Shipment.

• To add  Driver account, go to Dashboard > Users > Add New.
• Click the “Add New” button.
• Fill up all form fields. Once done, click the Add New User.

 

 

Driver Accounts

• Login using your Driver Account.
• Click the “Sign” button to see the tracking #, the shipper and receiver details.

• You will then be able to see the Tracking #, the Shipper and receiver.

• The receiver signs here as proof that he received the items delivered.

• The receiver can save / clear his signature and to record delivery and collection with proof using a computer, tablets or mobile devices.
• You can add image to prove that the items were delivered to the receiver.
• Fill up form fields and then click Update. If Driver fails to deliver the items to the receiver, he can set the status to Cancelled.
