Q: Can I upgrade my purchased package (ie. from Standard to Parcel Quotation Package?

Yes, you may do so, as long as it’s within a year of your purchase. You will just need to pay the difference between the two packages. Just contact our Tech Support for assistance.

 

Q: Is WPCargo compatible to any WordPress themes?

Yes, WPCargo is compatible with any WordPress themes. We have had a lot of clients and have not received any complaints regarding themes since our plugin is shortcode-based.

 

Q: Do you have Tech Support?

Yes, we have Tech Support. Our team is available to answer your queries and concerns from Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine-time (GMT +8). We also have Tech Support during weekends but for a limited time only. Please feel free to email us at info@wpcargo.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

 

Q: Can WPCargo be translated to any language?

Yes, WPCargo supports multi-language. Please refer to this link: How to set up WordPress in your language

 

Q: Are there monthly fees?

There are no monthly fees. You will only be paying one time and you will be able to use our plugin for as long as you want.

 

Q: Do you have support for setting-up the Plugin?

We charge $20 for installation and setup. This will be free for orders amounting to $200 and above.

 

Q: What are the requirements for WPCargo?

Q: Do you have a demo site?

Yes, we do. You may check our demo sites here.

 

Q: Can the plugin be used on multiple domains?

No, the plugin can be used for one domain. Once it is activated on one domain, you can no longer use the license keys for another domain.

 

Q: Does the plugin generate shipment report?

Yes, the plugin generates reports. Please refer here for the guide: Download Shipment Reports

 

Q: Can I choose which field to display on the result page?

You will need the WPCargo Custom Field Add-on for this function. Please refer here for the guide: Add Form Field

 

Q: Refund Policy?

We will process refunds within 15 days from purchase of the plugin. You will need to deactivate the license for us to process the refund.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts?

Buy our Pro or Advance package and you will get 50% discount on your next purchase of the said packages.

 

Q: Customization?

We do customization to cater your needs. If you have other system requirements that are not catered by our plugin, you may contact us so we can discuss your needs.

 

Q: What kind of experience do you have? Can I trust your skills?

We have vast experience with our scripts. We have been improving our scripts over the years. If you face any bug, we will fix it free of charge. Just notify us — it’s our top priority.

 

Q: Do you offer support?

Yes, we provide full support for our products. We ensure that our clients get the best out of our scripts.

 

Q: I need changes but I don’t have technical skills. Can you help?

No problem. We provide customization services. Let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to deliver the ideal result.

 

Q: I want a more attractive design. Can you help integrate it?

Yes, we can integrate any design you choose. Share the design with us before buying so we can confirm the integration cost.

 

Q: Can I request features in the future?

Yes, you can request features and customizations anytime. Buy, use, and request improvements later based on your needs.

 

Q: When do I get my order?

You will get the script within 24 hours of your payment. Orders are processed manually to prevent fraud, then delivered promptly.

 

Q: Do you provide scripts in other languages?

Our scripts come in English only. We do not provide language files or translation services.

 

Q: Do you display your brand on my website (e.g. Powered by WPCargo)?

No, we remain anonymous and never display our brand name on the delivered script.
