This add-on requires the following plugins

1. WPCargo Track and Trace
2. WPTaskforce License Helper – comes with any products purchased

Install and activate required plugins.

1. Setup WPCargo Track and Trace plugin.
2. Install and activate WPTaskforce License Helper.

Install and activate WPCargo Custom Field Add-ons.

1. Check the order confirmation email with the list of products purchased and download the WPCargo Custom Field add-ons.
2. Login to your wp-admin.
3. Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload.
4. Select the downloaded plugin.
5. Install the plugin.
6. Activate the plugin.

Activate WPCargo Custom Field add ons license key.

1. To acquire your license key, please refer to the mode of payment you have used when product was purchased.
   • Purchased through PayPal – an email will be sent to the email you have provided on the order details including the license key of the product.
   • Purchased through Western Union – email the MTCN to info@wpcargo.com. When payment is received, an email will be sent with the order details including the license key of the product.
2. Copy WPCargo Custom Fields Add-ons’ license key.
3. Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > WPTaskforce License Helper.
4. Paste license key to WPCargo Custom Field Add-on field and click the Activate button.

Manage Form Fields

Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > Manage Form Fields

Default fields upon activation

Field Settings

Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > Manage Form Fields > Field Settings

1. Select Field to display in Shipper Name Column – value to be displayed on shipper name column.
2. Select Field to display in Receiver Name Column – value to be displayed on receiver name column.

Form Field List

Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > Manage Form Fields > Form Field List

1. Edit Field
   • Hover the field you want to update and click “Edit”.
   • Look for the field detail/s you want to update and change the value.
   • Click “Edit field” button to save your changes.
2. Remove Field
   • Hover the field you want to remove and click “Delete”.
   • Click “Ok” button from the popup confirmation to remove field.
3. Change field order
   • Drag the field to the desired position.

Add Form Field

Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > Manage Form Fields > Add Form Field

ADD FORM FIELD SECTION

1. Field Type (required) – type of field you wanted to add.
   • Text
   • Text Area
   • Email
   • Address
   • Number
   • Select
   • Multiselect
   • Radio
   • Checkbox
   • File
   • Date
   • Time
   • Date Time
   • URL
2. Field Label (required) – label of the field to be added.
3. Field description (optional) – description of the field to be added.
4. Field Options for select lists, radio buttons and checkboxes (required) – this is for the select options, radio buttons and checkboxes. Add values into comma separated format.
5. Field meta key – if meta key is existing, select “Existing” from the radio button and choose from the dropdown the meta key to be used. If you want to create a new meta key, select “New” from the radio button and enter the meta key you want to add.
6. Is Field required? – check if the field added is required.

FIELD DISPLAY OPTION SECTION

1. What Section do you want to display? – choose from the list of sections the field will be added
2. Do you want to display on search form? – check if you want to add the field on search form.
3. Is field required on search form? – check if you want to require the field on search form.
4. Do you want to display it on result page? – check if you want to display the field on result page.
5. Select user to NOT access this field – check which user roles are not allowed to access the field.
6. Do you want to display it on account page? – check if you want to display field on account page.

Manage WPCargo Custom Field settings

1. Disable Shipper Details Section? – removes shipper details section in creating and updating shipments.
2. Disable Receiver Details Section? – removes receiver details section in creating and updating shipments.
3. Disable Shipment Details Section? – removes shipment details section in creating and updating shipments.
4. Add Field display options – adds another section wherein you can add your custom fields.
